Real Property Transactions: Our environmental transactional support includes a meticulous examination of environmental issues at play in many real property transactions, helping our clients stay well-informed about potential environmental risks. This involves drafting environmental indemnity agreements and thoroughly evaluating due diligence reports such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II ESAs, enabling us to provide valuable insights to our clients engaged in real estate transactions and mergers.
