We also subsidize some of the cost of the healthy food options available for purchase at the vending/marketplace area in Columbus. We offer onsite flu shots, biometric screenings and a mobile mammography for employee’s convenience. Given that we are not able to provide some of the same wellness offerings in our offices outside of Columbus, we provide an annual wellness reimbursement. Plus we provide an employee assistance program (EAP) to all employees and their immediate family members.

Q: Do you offer Paid Time Off (PTO)?
A: We recognize the importance of taking time away from work to recharge. We provide 144 hours (18 days) for those with less than 3 years of service, prorated in the year of hire; 184 hours (23 days) for those with 3 to 8 years of service; and 224 hours (28 days) for those with more than 8 years of service. Employees will be provided their annual PTO hours on the first pay of each calendar year. Exempt employees (those not eligible for overtime) do not receive a precise number of time off hours but are instead provided discretionary time to take planned, approved time off as needed, within reason.

A: While we do not have a designated parking lot for our attorneys and staff, there are multiple options for parking in one of the area garages or lots located near our multiple offices. Parking garages/lots can be paid through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis.
