The Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE), along with Bricker & Eckler LLP, will host an in-person Title IX Investigator Training on Friday, March 10. The training will include a working lunch.

This workshop will consist of instruction and practice in planning an investigation, handling tricky situations, and formulating investigative questions. Participants will engage in mock interviews to help gather evidence and prepare it for evaluation by a decision-maker.

This workshop is recommended for Title IX coordinators and investigators, and it may also be helpful for decision-makers and appeals officers to understand what happens while conducting an investigation.
