Cook, Bricker Graydon partner and tax practice group chair, recently provided testimony before the Ohio House Ways and Means Committee regarding H.B. 121.  This bill proposes modifications to Ohio’s municipal income tax in effort to reduce administrative burdens on employers with remote employees.  Read the full testimony available through Gongwer.
