Jean R. Broderick

Jean Broderick is a member of the Tax practice group. Her practice focuses on taxation of individuals and business entities, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and financial transactions, business succession planning, and tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to joining our firm, Jean served as a General Attorney (Tax) with the Office of Associate Chief Counsel, Corporate Division in Washington D.C. for over 20 years. After completing law school, she clerked for the Honorable Richard J. Arcara in the United States District Court, Western District of New York. Prior to attending law school, Jean served as a United States Marine Corps Officer.
Jean received a B.A. from Stanford University, a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and an LL.M. in Tax from the University of Washington in Seattle.
